Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and RevManic, the operator of revmanic.com. They apply to the website, public catalogue, account features, profile claims, submissions, badges, and related services that link to these terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

The service

RevManic is an editorial directory and research tool for exploring revenue technology by product, category, job, and stage. The catalogue may include vendor-provided claims, third-party information, editorial analysis, pricing references, and links to external sources.

RevManic is not a marketplace, reseller, procurement adviser, broker, or representative of listed vendors. A listing, “verified” label, profile claim, fit assessment, or position in the atlas is not an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or promise of results.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use account and contribution features. If you use RevManic for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining the security of your Google account and active sessions. Provide accurate information, do not share access improperly, and notify us promptly at hello@revmanic.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Claims and contributions

You may submit a request to claim a product profile or propose catalogue updates. You confirm that submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide it, and that evidence links do not unlawfully disclose confidential or personal information.

A company-domain match does not automatically grant ownership or publication. RevManic may verify authority, ask for more information, edit for clarity and consistency, reject or remove a contribution, and make the final editorial decision about every listing and map position.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, submissions are unpaid. You keep ownership of original material you create. You grant RevManic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and display submitted material for operating, improving, promoting, and preserving the service. This licence continues for material already incorporated into the public catalogue, subject to applicable privacy rights.

Acceptable use

You may use public catalogue information for internal research and ordinary evaluation. You must not:

• break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or submit deceptive, defamatory, harmful, or confidential material;
• impersonate another person or organisation, falsely claim authority over a product, manipulate evidence, or conceal a material commercial relationship;
• interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, evade access limits, or attempt unauthorised access;
• use automated means to extract the service at a volume that burdens our systems, build a competing directory, or bypass technical controls;
• use RevManic, its ratings, fit labels, or badges to suggest certification, sponsorship, guaranteed performance, or endorsement that we have not expressly provided in writing.

Ownership and licence

RevManic and its licensors own the service, including its software, visual design, taxonomy, editorial structure, original writing, and generated assets. Product names, logos, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary.

Subject to these terms, RevManic gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

Third-party services

RevManic links to vendor websites, documentation, pricing pages, and other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, contracts, or privacy practices. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.

Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of RevManic. Catalogue information can become outdated, and editorial assessments may change as products and evidence change. We may correct errors without notice and do not promise that any feature, listing, badge, or submission will remain available.

We may revise these terms. We will post the updated terms here, change the date above, and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevManic is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, integrations, fit assessments, reviews, and evidence may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Verify material facts directly with the vendor before purchasing, contracting, implementing, or relying on a product. RevManic does not provide legal, financial, security, procurement, or professional advice.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevManic and its operators, contributors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or costs arising from third-party products or decisions made using the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid RevManic for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RevManic and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your submissions, your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using RevManic at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk or legal exposure, or threatened the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, submission licences, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and general terms.

General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written terms that expressly apply to a feature, are the entire agreement about the service. Mandatory rights under the law where you live remain unaffected. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another process.
